It all begins with an idea.

Shaylorgrove was born from a dream… A dream i had to not only bring back the German shepherd the way it was when i was growing up but to also create something new.

No i do not breed to the standard and i am not your standard breeder. My dream was to create something different here in South Australia. Large, big boned, straight backed German Shepherds in a range of standard and non standard colours.

We are registered breeders that do not raise our dogs in Kennels, our breeding dogs live in guardian families on comfy couches with all the love they deserve.

Here at Shaylorgrove, we believe in providing all our dogs with loving, caring homes throughout their breeding career. Becoming a guardian home for one of our dogs can be a rewarding experience, offering a chance to provide a loving home with the option of it leading to a permanent family pet after the dogs breeding career.
